Warranty Policy

Coverage

The General Talenpal Product Guarantee provides for the repair or replacement (at Talenpal’s discretion) of your Talenpal product within 12 months from the original purchase date, provided:
  • The product has been used as intended.
  • The defect is determined to result from faulty materials or workmanship.
If the product is out of stock and/or repair or replacement is not immediately feasible, you will be offered a substitute product of equal or greater value. If you decline this option, a replacement will be sent once the product is back in stock.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Talenpal reserves the right to replace faulty products with refurbished units that have been tested and graded.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by external factors such as transportation, weather, power outages, or surges
  • Direct or indirect issues resulting from:
    • Negligent use, misuse, or careless handling
    • Use with non-Talenpal products or components
    • Unauthorized or improper repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by you or a third party
  • Natural decline in battery performance over time
  • Guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation of Talenpal products
  • Transfer of warranty in cases of resale of a Talenpal product
